The Director will guide organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, and change management while fostering a high-performance culture and strategic mobility across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR business partner experience.
• At least 5 years partnering with global or senior leadership.
• Experience leading HR initiatives in a matrixed, multi-location organization.
• Demonstrated success in organizational development, change leadership, and talent strategy.
• Experience with international teams; global HR experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• HR certification preferred.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR and business strategies for global impact.
• Lead regional HR teams in North America, coordinating with HR leaders across the organization.
• Support succession planning, leadership development, and career progression for key talent.
• Act as a coach and consultant to senior leaders on people management and team effectiveness.
• Drive a performance-based culture through total rewards in partnership with the global compensation team.
• Design and execute end-to-end talent management programs, including workforce planning and engagement.
• Implement global HR policies and ensure regional compliance with standards and local regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and monitor program effectiveness.
• Partner with Training & Development to build learning initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on global mobility and transitions of key personnel.
• Champion employer branding and ensure consistent messaging across regions.
