Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field is required; graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting global HR processes in a matrixed, multinational environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic talent programs including performance management, engagement, retention, development, and succession planning.
• Partner with executives and HR leaders to develop enterprise-wide talent solutions.
• Oversee annual review processes, timelines, and data-informed decision making.
