Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a VP, HR Business Advisor within the Office of the CFO to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You will shape talent agenda, influence workforce strategy, and partner with HR specialists to diagnose issues and drive execution with data-driven insights.

You will lead end-to-end compensation and performance cycles, shape succession planning, and coach leaders on complex people matters.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct advisory work with senior leaders.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and operate in a large, global, matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen; connect talent actions to business outcomes and tradeoffs.
• Executive presence with gravitas: clear, confident communication to challenge and influence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; leverage data to drive action.
• Judgment and risk awareness navigating complex employee/manager situations.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end programs/projects, not just coordinate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery of the people agenda for the aligned business areas, translating priorities into talent outcomes and execution plans.
• Advise and influence senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and re-organization efforts with change planning and accountability.
• Lead end-to-end compensation and performance cycles for the aligned population with data integrity and risk control.
• Shape and drive talent and succession planning, identifying gaps and mobilizing actions with COEs.
• Coach leaders on complex people matters with sound judgment and risk awareness.
• Use MIS/reporting and analytics to create narratives and recommendations driving outcomes.
• Lead cross-LOB initiatives and large-scale change efforts as the HRBA point person.
