Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resource experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with data-driven decision abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of HR information systems preferred (Oracle HCM, Tableau, QlikView).

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and contribute to people strategy for the organization.
• Generate reports and analytics to drive progress on people priorities.
• Support HR events, reporting, and system updates during high-demand periods.
• Work on key HR initiatives and core projects such as organizational design and diversity strategies.
• Champion HR process change and drive efficiencies with best practices.
