The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, test development, and scoring rubrics, with on-site duties at PUCO Central Office and standard 8:00am–5:00pm hours.

Competenze

• 3 yrs. exp. in human resources or equivalent.
• Undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration completed.
• Job skills in Human Resources.

Mansioni

• Serves as the agency's primary point of contact for class plan proposals and coordinates revisions.
• Assist in the creation, interpretation, and implementation of HR program policies.
• Support and oversee the agency's applicant selection process.
• Consistently utilize Recruit system to post vacant positions, screen applications, and communicate with candidates.
• Participate in interview panels at the request of hiring managers.
• Coordinate the applicant assessment process (e.g., SME for job analysis).
• Collaborate with SMEs and test-analytic staff to develop test questions, scoring rubrics, and proctor examinations.
