Job summary

All Hours Mechanical is seeking an HR Administrator to own day-to-day people operations across Ohio markets, working with the Controller and managers. You’ll handle recruiting logistics, onboarding, employee records, and benefits, with strong opportunities to develop HR processes as we grow.

This on-site role in Columbus offers competitive pay and a family-owned environment, with cross-market collaboration across our Ohio and Kentucky locations.

Qualifications

• HR experience, open to varying years
• Strong organizational skills with discretion
• Able to manage confidential information independently
• PHR/SHRM-CP a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting support: postings, resume screening, interviews, candidate progression
• Run new hire onboarding: paperwork, orientation, setup
• Maintain employee records and compliance across locations
• Administer benefits and coordinate open enrollment
• First point of contact for employee relations, escalate as needed
• Help develop HR policies and procedures as the company grows
• Support culture and retention initiatives across multi-market team
• Collaborate with leadership and Central Services on people initiatives
