The role requires a 24-month HR background, an undergraduate degree in HR/business/public administration, and 12 months as a Human Capital Management Associate, with

Qualifications

• 24 months experience in human resources.
• Completion of an undergraduate core program in human resources, business, or public administration.
• 12 months experience as a Human Capital Management Associate (64611).
• The equivalent of the Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite HR contact for employees at the Dayton facility, providing guidance on HR policies, leave administration, benefits navigation, timekeeping, and HR systems.
• Compose, process, and enter personnel actions, including ePAR transactions and related documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and the general public, providing early-stage assistance for workplace concerns or policy questions and referring complex matters to Labor Relations or Workforce Administration when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate human resources records, prepare related reports, and support entry of OAKS information.
