Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Corrections, Field Human Resource Office #2 at SCI Greene, seeks a Human Resource Analyst 3 to guide managers, support employee relations programs, and resolve complex workplace issues.

You will apply policies and agreements consistently, conduct investigations, and help with contract administration and discipline. Telework is available part-time, up to 1–2 days per week, with office on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations or labor relations within a public sector environment.
• Ability to investigate grievances and apply contract provisions consistently.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills with managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to management on contract interpretation and employee relations issues.
• Review and investigate grievances, conduct hearings, and prepare related correspondence.
• Assist with workplace investigations, evaluate findings, and support evidence gathering.
• Participate in pre-disciplinary conferences and track actions through reporting processes.
• Develop and deliver employee relations training and explain labor provisions to leaders.
• Support labor management meetings and assist with contract negotiations and responses.
