Responsibilities

• Employee Guidance: provide consultation on contract interpretation and employee relations.
• Grievance Administration: review investigations, hearings, and resolutions.
• Investigation Support: assist with workplace investigations and evidence gathering.
• Discipline Review: participate in pre-disciplinary conferences and track actions.
• Training Leadership: develop and deliver employee relations training.
• Labor Relations: participate in labor meetings and assist with negotiations.
