Qualifications

• One year of experience as HR Analyst 1 or Equal Opportunity Specialist 1.
• Two years of analytical experience with one year in professional HR or equal opportunity work, plus a bachelor’s degree.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.
• PA residency requirement and ability to perform essential job functions.
• Background investigation and CJIS compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to supervisors and managers on employee relations, contract interpretation, and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate and participate in labor management meetings and prepare written responses and records.
• Administer grievance processes, investigate concerns, gather information, and assist with case preparation.
• Assist with disciplinary investigations and pre-disciplinary conferences.
• Maintain personnel and labor relations files and ensure retention compliance.
• Support unemployment compensation activities, audits, and training.
