Hyland Software is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to partner with employees and leaders across the organization, delivering expert HR guidance and managing the employee lifecycle in a remote environment.

You will advise on performance management, onboarding, offboarding, and policy interpretation, while collaborating with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
• Experience administering employee lifecycle processes and applying HR policies and programs.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and leaders, guiding policies and lifecycle inquiries.
• Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, and documentation.
• Execute onboarding, offboarding, and employment updates, while seeking efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence to run HR programs and drive improvements.
• Apply HR policies with understanding of local requirements; identify risks and actions.
• Coordinate with HR Advisors to standardize processes across regions.
