Job summary

Hyland is seeking an HR professional to serve as a primary contact for employees and leaders on HR policies and lifecycle processes. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes while coordinating specialized support.

You will advise leaders on performance management, feedback, coaching, and documentation and collaborate with HR Partners to implement enterprise HR programs. Hyland emphasizes an employee-centric culture with career development and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Demonstrated experience providing HR support to employees and managers.
