Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to act as a trusted partner to employees and leaders. This remote role focuses on delivering expert HR guidance and seamless lifecycle experiences across the organization.

You will advise on performance management, guide onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to improve processes, while ensuring policies are interpreted with due regard to local employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience providing HR support to employees and managers.
• Experience maintaining employee data and records in HR systems.
• Experience administering lifecycle processes and applying HR policies.
• Knowledge of local employment requirements, works councils, and consultation obligations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employees and leaders on HR policies and lifecycle inquiries.
• Advise leaders on performance management, feedback, coaching, and documentation.
• Execute onboarding, offboarding, changes, and employment updates.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence to drive programs and improvements.
• Interpret HR policies with understanding of local requirements; identify risks.
• Collaborate to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.
