Partner with client leadership to design, implement, and sustain effective HR practices aligned to business strategy, compliance, and workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Active HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
• Demonstrated experience in a strategic HR partner role
• Strong working knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Comfort traveling locally or regionally for onsite client support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned clients, acting as a trusted advisor on people strategy, compliance, and employee relations.
• Build strong relationships with client executives and managers through regular touchpoints, including onsite visits when required.
• Translate client business goals into practical HR recommendations aligned with organizational culture and risk tolerance.
• Travel to clients up to 50%.
