Bank is seeking an HR Advisor to join its high‑impact Employee Relations team. You will partner with leaders to handle performance management, conduct concerns, and dispute resolution, guiding decisions with fairness and compliance.

The role emphasizes accountability and delivering timely, well‑documented recommendations while supporting an inclusive, respectful culture. You’ll provide expert consultation, investigate complex issues, and ensure alignment with policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related degree.
• Experience in performance coaching, conflict resolution and administering disciplinary action.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation to team leaders and team members on performance management, misconduct, workplace concerns, and employee experience matters.
• Research, assess, and resolve complex employee relations issues, offering clear, well‑reasoned recommendations.
• Ensure alignment with company policies, practices, and employment legislation while balancing risk and business outcomes.
• Own cases end to end with a focus on timely resolution, strong documentation, and high‑quality decision‑making.
