Zusammenfassung

RBC seeks a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to support HR business partners and managers on workplace issues, manage risk, and ensure compliance with laws and RBC policies. You will collaborate with the Global Employee Relations team to deliver high-quality guidance and develop scalable processes across the enterprise.

Role requires knowledge of US employment law, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate strategy into action.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of US employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum undergraduate degree; postgraduate degree and/or professional licensing (J.D.) preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, understanding and responding skills.
• Critical and strategic thinking ability and translation to action.

Aufgaben

• Serve as escalation point and SME for Employee Relations and HR teams to provide reputable advice.
• Effectively manage complex employee relations investigations and develop related processes.
• Develop tools, processes and learning programs to support compliance and HR effectiveness.
• Develop deep expertise in employee relations and applicable employment laws.
• Ensure employees understand RBC’s Blueprint and reinforce targeted behaviors.
