RBC is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to support HR business partners and managers on workplace issues while upholding policies for regulatory compliance. You will manage complex investigations, develop tools and learning programs, and ensure adherence to RBC’s Blueprint.

As a trusted advisor, you will expand expertise in employment law, reinforce RBC policies, and collaborate across enterprise teams to drive risk-managed, compliant HR solutions.

Formación

• Knowledge of US employment law and regulatory requirements.
• Undergraduate degree; JD preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and responding skills.
• Critical and strategic thinking applied to action.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert employee relations guidance to HR partners and managers.
• Conduct and oversee complex employee relations investigations.
• Develop tools, processes and learning programs to improve compliance and HR effectiveness.
• Maintain deep expertise in employment laws and RBC policies.
• Support change management and cross-enterprise collaboration.
