City National Bank is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor, guiding leadership and teammates on complex ER matters and investigations. You will handle day-to-day employee relations for assigned departments, support performance management, and help resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and compliant manner.

You will collaborate with Ethics, Legal, Compliance and HR Partners, prepare comprehensive investigation reports, analyze trends, and advise on policy

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience including 3+ years in ER and investigations.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations involving misconduct and policy violations.
• Strong documentation, credibility assessments and recommendations.
• Proficient with MS Office and case management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct timely, objective investigations into HR concerns.
• Develop investigation plans and gather relevant facts.
• Document interviews, evidence, and findings securely.
• Analyze findings to determine appropriate resolutions per policies.
• Produce clear investigation reports and executive summaries.
• Consult with Ethics Office, Legal, Compliance and HR Partners.
