Job summary
NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer focused on InfiniBand and NVLink to provide advanced technical support for data center and AI infrastructure deployments. You will diagnose complex issues, reproduce scenarios, and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Support to improve products and customer experience.
Based in Westford, MA, you will work with Linux across multi-distro environments, respond to inquiries by phone, email, or conference calls, and help customers install,
Qualifications
- 5+ years of in-depth customer support and debugging in large-scale networking/AI infrastructure.
- Experience with InfiniBand, Ethernet and GPU infra.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Academic degree in Networking/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and CLI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues via research, reproduction, and problem solving for NVIDIA networking products.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or conference calls.
- Assist installation, operation, maintenance, or interoperability with other vendors.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing; document standard support methodologies.
