Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years in in-depth customer support and debugging in large-scale networking and AI infrastructure.
- Strong ability to resolve complex networking issues with Linux-based systems.
- Experience with InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU technology is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Resolve sophisticated customer concerns through research, reproduction, and problem solving.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or conference calls for NVIDIA products.
- Assist with installation, operation, maintenance, or interoperability with other vendors.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and support teams on product requirements and tools.
- Document standard methodologies for internal support processes and improvements.
