Qualifications

• 6+ years in providing in-depth Customer Support and debugging for hardware and software products.
• Academic degree in Networking, CS/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent).
• Experience with AI technologies in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Linux triage, servers, and hardware/OS issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and issues for NVIDIA Ethernet/AI Infrastructure products.
• Respond to support inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
• Assist installation, operation, maintenance, and interoperability with other vendors.
• Contribute to engineering/marketing feedback and internal process improvements.
• Develop standard methodologies for internal support processes.
