Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer concerns and issues via research and reproduction for NVIDIA Ethernet Switching technologies.

• Assist in installation, operation, maintenance or interoperability with other vendors.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to feedback requirements and improve tools.
• Document standard procedures for internal support and R&D teams.
