Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social or Human Services, Public Health, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' comprehensive needs via phone or in-person meetings.
• Identify resources for housing, safety, and financial crises.
• Screen eligibility for emergency funds and public benefits.
• Provide resources and connect to community services as needed.
• Maintain client records and assist with administrative tasks.
