Job summary

KETTLER is seeking a Lead Compliance Analyst to oversee LIHTC, HUD, and affordable housing compliance across regions. The role involves monitoring workflows, audits, reporting, and providing technical guidance to on-site teams and partners.

Based remotely in the Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT region with occasional travel to the Corporate Office. Requires 5+ years in LIHTC/compliance and active TCS/HCCP designation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Active TCS or HCCP designation is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and state/local requirements.
• Coordinate internal file audits and external agency inspections.
• Prepare ongoing compliance reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Provide compliance training and support to on-site teams.
• Identify trends and gaps; recommend process improvements to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance objectives.
