Qualifications

• Expert LIHTC and HUD program knowledge.

• Ability to travel 60–90% between properties.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties across the Pennrose portfolio to perform on-site reviews.
• Ensure all recertifications are issued and processed accurately and timely.
• Verify tenant documents and third-party verifications for compliance.
• Provide on-site training and guidance to staff to fix deficiencies.
• Prepare and submit reports to state agencies, HUD, and investors.
