Hilton Irvine is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead group sales efforts and deliver memorable hospitality experiences for guests. You will be the primary contact for clients seeking group rooms, meeting space, and F&B services, and will oversee site visits, proposals, rate determinations, and contracts.

You will develop strategic plans to meet revenue and room-night goals, analyze performance, collaborate with departments, and coach a team to sustain exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel to prospective clients: primary contact for group rooms, meeting space, and F&B services

• Manage the full sales cycle: site visits, entertain clients, prepare proposals, determine rates, negotiate contracts, service accounts
• Develop strategic sales plans: create and execute revenue and room night goals
• Analyze sales performance: evaluate reports and identify conversion opportunities
• Collaborate across departments to fulfill contracted services and uphold client satisfaction
• Supervise and coach team members to maintain a positive work environment
