The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality sales, with a focus on group sales. Delphi and Salesforce experience is a plus, and you will lead a team while driving revenue in a premier island destination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospitality sales experience, ideally in group sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Hawai'i market and local culture.
• Experience with Delphi and/or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business through proactive outreach and lead generation.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for assigned market segments.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to meet sales goals.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: proposals, site visits, negotiations, contracts, revenue optimization.
• Manage booking details including room, F&B, and meeting space; ensure accurate data in the sales system.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching and building a positive work environment.
