Hilton is seeking a Sales Manager to generate and manage group sales opportunities while building strong client relationships and driving revenue across market segments. Lead end-to-end sales process: proposals, site visits, negotiations, and contracts.
Manage booking details including room, F&B, and meeting space; ensure accurate data in the sales system.
Supervise and coach team members to drive performance and a positive work environment.
