Opensity Solutions seeks a Hospitality Specialist Lead in Minneapolis, MN to oversee daily hospitality operations in a corporate setting. You will deliver concierge-style service, lead meeting and event support, coordinate spaces, and liaise with guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of hospitality, conference services, client service, hotel, or food & beverage experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-style hospitality experiences reflecting professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Independently manage daily hospitality operations, meeting support, and event coordination with minimal supervision.
• Schedule, prepare, and oversee meeting room setups according to client specifications.
• Walkthrough conference rooms and spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization and inventory.
• Lead event setup and breakdown aligned with client requests and standards.
• Coordinate with IT/support teams to resolve equipment issues as needed.
• Escort guests to meeting spaces and ensure service expectations are met.
• Track hospitality production metrics and report performance data to management.
