Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Specialist Lead to oversee daily hospitality operations in a professional corporate setting. You will deliver concierge-level service, coordinate meetings and events, and serve as a liaison among guests, internal teams, and vendors.

The role requires 1–3 years in hospitality with supervisory experience preferred, proficiency in MS Office and event planning tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of hospitality or related experience.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level hospitality experiences reflecting professionalism and service.
• Manage daily hospitality operations and meeting support with minimal supervision.
• Schedule and oversee meeting room setups per specifications.
• Conduct routine room walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and stock.
• Lead event setup/breakdown according to client requests.
• Coordinate with IT/support to resolve equipment issues.
• Track hospitality production metrics and report to management.
• Onboard and train new hires on procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth service.
