Immediate Home Health & Hospice in Philadelphia is seeking a compassionate Hospice Account Executive to build relationships with nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and other referral partners to help patients access care.

You will lead sales, marketing, and education efforts in the community, communicate the value of hospice services, and strive to expand market reach while aligning with agency policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum hospice experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree and related healthcare experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Responsabilités

• Helps build collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.
• Executes effective sales calls to identify and meet the needs of referral partners and communicate the features and benefits of Immediate Home Health & Hospice.
• Executes weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share through key account development and territory planning.
• Participates in strategic planning and problem solving related to marketing growth strategies and community education.
• Achieves admission goals/agency budget targets.
• Attends staff meetings to update on accounts and progress toward growth strategies.
• Coordinates in-services with community and medical groups to educate them on hospice services as needed.
• Checks email daily and responds to messages within 24 business hours.
• Handles sales administration duties including CRM compliance and expense reports.
• Completes all other projects as assigned by leadership.
