Job summary

Immediate Home Health & Hospice in Bucks County, PA is seeking a compassionate Hospice Account Executive to build relationships with nursing facilities, physicians, and referral partners, helping patients access quality hospice care. You will represent the agency through sales, marketing, and education to raise awareness and drive growth.

You will manage territory strategy, coordinate in-services, and align with leadership to meet admission goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum hospice experience: 5 years.
• Proven history of positive sales results and strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to market effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree and related healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
• Execute effective sales calls to identify needs of referral partners and communicate features and benefits.
• Implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans to increase market share and territory coverage.
• Participate in strategic planning for marketing growth and community education.
• Aim for admission goals as set by leadership and agency budgets.
• Attend staff meetings and report on accounts and progress toward growth strategies.
• Coordinate in-services with community and medical groups to educate on hospice services.
• Check email daily and respond to messages within 24 business hours.
• Handle sales administration duties (CRM, expense reports, time sheets, etc.).
• Complete other projects as assigned by leadership.
