Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. The role requires deep knowledge of home lending products, adherence to regulatory requirements, and collaboration with the Home Lending team to promote financial solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage originated loans.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
