Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan.

The role focuses on guiding clients to homeownership while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase financial products. You will join a motivated team dedicated to helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, collaborating with bankers and branches to drive mortgage originations and deliver an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and online tools.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
