Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in the Chase Home Lending division to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will guide clients through mortgage options, regulatory requirements, and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with a motivated team.

You will lead the branch team, partner with bankers, and help grow mortgage originations while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using centralized marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
