Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for clients throughout the life of the loan, applying deep knowledge of home lending products while adhering to regulatory requirements.

You will coach branch staff, collaborate with bankers to grow mortgage originations, and develop strong customer relationships through consultative financial guidance and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking
• Knowledge of local real estate market
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with team to create a strong customer experience using marketing and cross-sell strategies.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and reports within organizational lines.
• Builds expertise as a mortgage advisor and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
