Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle.

You will guide clients through financing decisions, collaborate with bankers, and promote a broad range of mortgage products while ensuring regulatory compliance. In this role, you will mentor branch teams, leverage marketing initiatives, and build strong relationships with retail branches to drive mortgage originations within footprint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell activities.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds internal and external mortgage expertise and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
