Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes mortgage product knowledge, regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional client experience in home lending.

You will advise customers, collaborate with bankers, and leverage marketing tools to grow mortgage originations while upholding guidelines and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and lead generation efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
