Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage journey, serving as the primary contact from application to closing. You will apply deep product knowledge to educate borrowers and coordinate with internal teams for a smooth experience.

As part of Chase Home Lending, you will mentor branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and leverage marketing efforts to grow mortgage originations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing, cross-sell efforts, and other initiatives.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
