Qualifications

Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing channels.
Promotes mortgage loan originations and maintains formal and dotted-line reporting relationships with branches.
Acts as the internal and external mortgage expert and builds relationships with customers.
Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
