Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for home lending customers throughout the loan life cycle. You will guide clients through Mortgage products while adhering to regulatory requirements and collaborating with the Home Lending team.

You will grow within a team that values knowledge sharing and client-centric service, with a focus on FHA/VA and conforming loan origination guidelines and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
