Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan process, leveraging knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines, and promoting financial products. You will be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle while collaborating with a dedicated team.

You will train branch teams, meet with customers, generate mortgage originations, and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to a superior customer experience and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing central marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
