Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan process, acting as the primary contact from application to closing. You will collaborate with branch teams and bankers to grow mortgage originations while ensuring compliance and customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes consultative guidance, knowledge of FHA/VA and conforming guidelines, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide financial recommendations based on analysis and product knowledge.
