Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Chase Home Lending team in Greenville, SC seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. You will advise on mortgage options, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with bankers to grow originations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mortgage lending, strong FHA/VA knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• FHA/VA sales experience preferred.
• Marketing, relationship-building and consulting skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meet with customers and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer experience through marketing and outreach.
• Develop partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Build the role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintain client relationships.
• Provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
