Job summary

You will work with branch teams to position the bank’s lending solutions and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role requires 3+ years of mortgage lending and strong communication skills, with knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines and NMLS compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and FHA/VA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team by training on products and services.
• Meets customers with bankers and introduces clients to bankers for additional products.
• Promotes an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell.
• Develops partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds expertise in mortgage products and maintains client relationships.
