Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Chase Home Lending team is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of their loan. You will apply your in-depth knowledge of home lending products to guide clients and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will navigate regulatory requirements while promoting Chase mortgage solutions, build lasting client relationships, and mentor others on product knowledge and sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint territories.
