JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan lifecycle as the primary contact. You will collaborate with branch teams, market mortgage products, and promote customer-focused solutions while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Builds a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Acts as a mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
