Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Mortgage Lending Officer in Boca Raton to originate high-quality residential real estate loans and build strong client relationships. You will collaborate with branches, real estate agents, and internal partners to drive mortgage sales and deliver superior service.

You will need 5–8 years of residential mortgage experience, strong sales capability, and knowledge of FHA/VA and conventional loans.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in residential mortgage or related field.
Strong sales capability and ability to build client relationships.
Familiarity with FHA/VA and conventional loan processes encouraged.

Responsibilities

Consult with customers about financial situations and lending needs for home ownership goals.
Collect and analyze information on income, assets, debts, and credit history.
Assess whether customers and properties may qualify for lending solutions.
Make recommendations on lending options to meet objectives.
Promote Citi's lending services to real estate agents and clients.
Coordinate with processors and underwriters to ensure timely loan closings.
Develop referral relationships with Realtors and other partners to grow mortgage business.
Maintain compliance and risk controls in line with Citi policies.
