Qualifications

• Residential Mortgage experience required.
• Proven product sales capability is required.
• Knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situation and lending needs to help achieve home ownership goals.
• Collect and analyze information on financial situation, goals, income, assets, debts, and credit history.
• Analyze financial information to assess loan qualification and suitability of lending solutions.
• Make recommendations on lending solutions to meet customer objectives.
• Advise customers on risks and benefits of different lending options.
• Promote Citi's brand and lending solutions to clients and referral sources.
• Visit customers outside Citi's offices to build relationships and grow business.
• Work with internal partners to support and grow customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth loan processing and timely closings.
• Develop partnerships with Realtors, CPAs, builders, and other referrals to drive mortgage business.
