JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending to guide clients to homeownership and act as the primary contact throughout the loan life cycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and strong customer service.

The advisor will collaborate with bankers, promote mortgage originations, and rely on knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines to support financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise, product knowledge, and customer needs.

Education
